Plasterboard can be a nightmare if it begins to crack. Plasterboard is suitable for a number of applications providing durable linings for walls and ceilings. Generally most manufacturers will let you know that they stock a comprehensive range that is available in a variety of sheet sizes and thicknesses depending upon your individual project need.

But what they fail to tell you, the homeowner, that you’ll need to purchase, what is quite expensive at £19.99 a pot, is the specialised filler required to fill in small cracks that may appear from door slamming / general wear and tear and small movements within the buildings fabric.

This is a real set back not only down the price per small tub of the filler, but also being able to apply the system in an effective and efficient manner which blends in with the already established wall. This then coupled with painting over the filler can take a few weeks for the colour to truly blend into the wall.
